Participants, who want to expose a Technical poster, are invited to express their interest to the Technical Secretariat, info@stirlinginternational.org.

Exhibition Stands:
Participants, who want to book an exhibition stand, are invited to follow the proposed procedure.

Companies that would like to have a stand are asked to express their interest to the organization of the Energy Delta Convention, info@energyconvention.nl;

They have to indicate the size of exposition area:

The price includes lighting, table and chairs.

Companies can bring their own stand and design the stand according to their own preference. In that case they are invited to contact Energy Delta Convention for the communication of size and corresponding price for space (is necessary).

The stand units will be ready for furnishing Monday 16th November, early in the morning. The stands must be furnished before Tuesday 17th November 10.00 am.

Energy Delta Convention staff will provide a map of the exhibition hall to show the coordinates of each stand unit.

The stand unit can be dismantled as of Wednesday 18th November 6.15 hours pm and until Thursday 19th November 11.00 hours am.
